Please read these terms and conditions (TC) of use of this site carefully. These terms and conditions might have changed since your last visit to the site. By using the site, you are indicating acceptance of these TC. Please do not use these site if you are not agree to the TC stipulated to use of the site.
Users should check these T&C periodically. By using the Site after we post changes to these T&C, you agree to accept those changes, whether or not you actually reviewed them. Office Works reserves the right to change the nature of relationship to all users at any time, and to revise these T&C from time to time as Office Works sees fit.
We do not prohibit individuals by using this site on the basis of age, race, nationality, gender or religion. Children under the age of 15 should not use the Site without the consent of their parent or guardian. We strongly encourage all parents and guardians to monitor the Internet use of their children. Use of the Site by any user shall be deemed to be a representation that the user is 15 years of age or older.
Cookies are small encrypted data references files to user ID information supplied by the user and stored on our secure server. This may write to your hard drive once accessing our site. We use this to enhance your shopping experiences to Office Works. Cookies are used to keep track of your shopping cart and to save your password so you do not have to re-enter it next time you visit the Site. The material included in this domain, including website design, text, graphics and arrangement thereof are copyrighted by Office Works. All other trademarks, product names and company names or logos cited herein are the property of their respective owners.
The Site and all materials on the Site, including, but not limited to, images, illustrations, posts, are the property of Office Works. All affiliates and licensors and are protected from unauthorized copying and dissemination by copyrights that are owned or licensed by Office Works and by copyright law, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, perform, create derivative works from, republish, upload, transmit or distribute in any way whatsoever any Materials from the Site without Office Works prior written permission.
Office Works is not responsible for any unaffiliated Web sites and theirs contents that may be linked to or from the Site. Any other Web site accessed from the Site is independent from Office Works, and Office Works has no control over the content of that other Web site.
In no occasions or event shall any reference to any third party or third-party product or service be construed as an approval or endorsement by Office Works of that third party or of any product or service provided by a third party.
Small size items and products offered on the Site are mostly available in our shop however large machines and equipment kept in our warehouses. Product availability and some prices offered on the site may vary. Price and availability shown on Site are subject to change without notice. We are trying to display all products shown on the Site in an accurate manner however customer to confirm to our sales represent by email or telephone call if there is any doubt on products shown on Site but we cannot be responsible for photographic differences in size, shape and color of the products.
We offer Free Delivery on orders over Aed 200. The minimum purchase amount for Free Delivery is based on the Sub-Total in your purchase and does not include tax. Any order below Aed 200 is charged a flat rate of Aed 20 only in Dubai. In other Emirates, the minimum order is Aed 2000.
Free Delivery does not apply to orders that require freight shipping to other countries. Office Works may arrange shipping or courier companies if required to deliver outside United Arab Emirates however all cost shall be borne by costumer.
RETURN & REFUND
Most items are returnable for any reason (see return restrictions and reasons below). Our office must be notified of all returns. Items must be returned within 7 days of original date of receipt. No returns will be accepted without notification (see return without prior authorization below).
If your items are damaged, defective or incomplete, a request for a return or refund must be made within 2 days of the original date of receipt. In the event of a mistake, we will do our best to ensure returns are handled quickly and fairly.
To request a return you can e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 971 4 3689400 for verification. Please provide the following information:
- Invoice Number
- Item(s) and quantity you wish to return.
- Reason for the return.
In the event you are returning something due to damage, manufacturer defect or an error on our part, please provide pictures of the damaged or incorrect item.
If a product is being returned as new, but has clearly been used or damaged prior to its return, we reserve the right to refuse refund completely.
Due to limited shelf life, safety concerns, and potential for fraudulent claims, we do not accept returns on the following items: all toner cartridges, electronics, business machines, closeout items, hygiene and consumable products (food, cleaning supplies and paper). These products will only be accepted in the event of a manufacturer's defect, damage, or an error on our part.
Opened computer software will not be accepted for return. In addition, you may not return calendars or dated appointment books from the current or previous calendar years.
If you ordered the item incorrectly or change your mind about an item, we will refund the purchase price of the unopened, re-stockable item, less shipping costs. Items being returned directly to the manufacturer may be subject to a restocking fee, and must be returned in case quantity. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to Office Works.
If we sent you a defective item, incorrect item, or the item was damaged in shipment, we will arrange to pick up the product. If your order is incomplete, or you do not receive your order, please contact us within a day and we will investigate and, if necessary, process a replacement or a refund.
For any return, customer shall carefully repackage the item in its original condition, including all original packaging and materials (manuals, accessories, etc.) If a product is being returned as new, but has clearly been used or damaged prior to its return, we reserve the right to refuse a refund completely. Do not write on the product packaging.
Items not in their original packaging are not returnable for refunds or replacements.
Unless noted otherwise on our site, all products are sold with the full manufacturer warranty. The period and service of the warranty varies depending on the manufacturer and product. If you experience problems with an item after the 30-day period has expired, please contact the manufacturer directly.
As soon as we receive your returned items, we will inspect and process the items. Refunds will be processed within one to two week.
